The place is a joke. Every time we have been to this office there is either nobody working at the front registration desk or our visit has been filled with disrespect. The managers need to due something about the front desk staffs. Healthcare workers are fine and nice if you can ever get where you need to be. Screw this place. It's like a hospital run by Satan himself.
Very satisfied with ER and staff. The nurses and doctors were absolutely the most friendliest hospital staff I've encountered. No wait time, and in and out very quickly, even with tests and labs. Will definitely be back again if necessary. The best hospital in Hays county and south of Austin, hands down. I never post reviews, but clearly they do not have the ratings they deserve, which is 5 stars. If you TRULY have a medical emergency, definitely go here for the best care around!
Excellent ER staff, Nurses. I had gone for a spider bite that I had in my inner thigh, I had to be admitted in to the hospital bc they did surgery on my thigh. Nurse Mara & Nicole ( CA ) were the best!! Nicole made me laugh and I really needed it bc I was away from 3 boys for a good while. And Nurse Mara ( I think that’s how you spell it, she was the nicest, caring nurse I’ve ever had. Keep up the good work!!
I go there twice a week for pulmonary rehab and have had a wonderful experience with every staff member that I've encountered including emergency room staff and scheduling of an echo. Everybody at this place really seems to care about your well-being even if they come off as a little intense. I go pretty far out of my way to go to this place as it is an hour drive each way but I think it's worth it!
Disregard the whiners complaining about everything. This is a wonderful hospital, especially if you have something serious, like pneumonia. It has a very caring Medical Director, Nurses, and Staff. Next time, have your friend drive you to Central Texas in San Marcos, or take an ambulance to Parkland Hospital in Dallas.
