I will not go back here. What an unorganized loud office and they didn't even get the reason why I was coming in right. So I got stuck with a nurse practitioner who did not listen to me and made me leave with frustration and tears. Good luck.
I would give 5 stars but the phlebotomist was very rude and looking through the reviews it seems we weren't the only ones that she was rude to...She was mean and impatient and spoke down to us! Lydia one of the nurses there made up for it, she is so kind, patient and professional! Olga at the front desk is very nice and helpful & always has a smile! Besides the rude, unhappy, phlebotomist it's been a great experience!
Just another wonderdul example of America's failed health-care system. Terrible. Waste of time and money. Dont waste your money, you are better off biting the bullet and paying out at an urgent care clinic than this waste of space mock doctors office. The doctor acted very surprised when I asked what meds she gave me and the dose, then in a very condescending tone askes if I knew anything about medicine before she would answer me. So rude. So condescending. Such a waste of time. Left in the same amount of pain as I came in with, no diagnoses, or treatment plan. I should have just walked in, handed my money to the doctor and left, would have saved us a lot of time.
DO NOT go here if you don't have insurance and are going to do full pay. The nurse practitioners feel they have free reign to order whatever they want and not inform the patients of their actions. My wife went in for an "well woman" annual check up and now we are at $1000 worth of bills mailed after $250 that we paid at the clinic. It took me two weeks of calling everyday to get someone to call me back. Then They refuse to accept responsibility for ordering services we didn't ask for and were not informed of. I hope others had a much better experience than we did because with us they were extremely crooked.
I went in to meet with Member Services to update my information, because I don't have insurance and going elsewhere is pretty expensive, and to schedule my yearly women's exam. Not only did they get me set up with my information, they scheduled my appointment right there for that same day. Luckily, I got to go in early and the doctor was amazing. She was very friendly and very gentle with my exam. I also got blood work done and the woman that took my blood was absolutely awesome! She kept me calm and distracted while she was taking blood and she was also very gentle. I am so glad I walked in here today and was able to be taken care of so quickly.
