This is my favorite uhaul place I have moved every year for five years and I use them every time. they are the best the staff is efficient understanding and friendly the trucks are always clean and well taken care of. I got a little storage room and the prices are awesome they don't go up after you get a unit so the price I have now will be the same price five years from now! the last place I had the rates went up every month and I couldn't afford it any more they are way more clean and even call to remind you about your bill BEFORE THE LATE CHARGE if your forgetful like me that comes in handy
I've been with Park Place for a very lengthy time. I'm very grateful that they were able to accommodate me when I needed a storage unit. Asking for Drivers License, credit card, or insurance shouldn't be an issue. Thank You Park Place Storage.
I have had a pleasant experience here both times I used them for their services, once to get a uhaul truck and the other to rent a utility trailer with my husband. I found the staff to be very accommodating and considerate of my situation both times. On one occasion, there was a customer ahead of me who was being inappropriate, loud and cursing - however, the young lady and gentleman at the counter remained patient. I was impressed by that. They have great customer service and reasonable policies and prices. I would recommend them.
This place rented us a trailer that had a huge hole in the back gate that my employees almost injured themselves on while unloading. I told the company about this and they said they would take care of it. Two weeks later the same trailer was being rented by someone else and had not been fixed. They obviously don't care. Their front desk person is also very rude.
The ladies here are very nice and helpful.
