Nasty, nasty, and more nasty. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I placed an order which was delivered to my home. I ordered shrimp fried rice and crab ragoons. Simple right? Well, my shrimp fried rice taste burnt and the crab ragoons were cold. I spent $20 for food I couldn't eat. Don't waste your money. Iwont ever order anything from this Mama Fus again or any other one.
I didn't post a review after my food arrived without sauce. I didn't post a review after it arrived cold and missing items. I accepted the fact that it was a coin flip as to whether "no bean sprouts" would be noticed or not. But the average 45-1hour this time turned into waiting 90 minutes before I finally called and cancelled, at which point the food still wasn't on the way. What was a two star experience is now one if I'm being generous.
Food was half hot and half cold in the same bowl. Ordered lettuce wraps, and the lettuce was left out. Called to tell them and they didn't offer to have it redelivered. Being a business owner, their customer service and quality needs some work.
When we got into a bind with time, we ordered delivery from Mama Fu's last night. This was by no means our first time, as we've ordered many times (in fact, I got $40 off of our order last night for "frequent flier miles"). As usual we found the order to have been filled and delivered correctly, and the food was piping hot. All entrees were delicious, and the add on items as well. We always find the ingredients to be fresh and tasty, and overall our experiences have been very good. Sometimes the wait on delivery is a little longer than you'd get with pizza, but it's well worth the wait. We will continue to order from them regularly.
Won't order from here again.
I was in person with friends, yesterday sitting outside , Kyle city, placed the meals inside and got a table number, food came out first just the way I thought it would. , But the lady who brought it was not smiling or said hi , or asking if we needed anything or just check . She was not happy looking to be at work. She put stuff down and walked away. Man came out with the other meals and same things to be done ,so I said thanks . Food was cold and dry no souce to be seen , food was in different places different plates not together like was ordered. Green beans were not clean or smell or loooked like should be eaten. Pork egg rolls were cut even though , was asking not to . Food orders were not fresh looking
