You can never get through to just pay a bill. Good luck trying to get any customer service or even paying your bill. Do the people that run this city live in or own property in it?! Get it together Kyle!!

The water department in this city is ridiculous. If there's a discrepancy on your account (and it was a mistake on their end), they'll shut your water off and won't even bother to answer the phone when you call. Leave them a voicemail, leaving your exact contact information? They still won't get back to you. The City of Kyle utilities department should really consider their customer service before going around and shutting water off without warning. I've never been treated so badly by a utility department, and nothing has made me want to leave this city more than the water department.
